Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? 

·        United States: 7–14 business days 

·        International: 14–31 business days (delivery times may vary depending on customs) 

Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes! Tracking information will be uploaded to your order as soon as possible. You can check the status of your shipment on our Track Your Order page. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your location. 

What shipping carriers do you use? 

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS, depending on your location. 

Returns & Exchanges 

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within **30 days** of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. 

How do I initiate a return?

2. Enter your order details 

3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label 

4. Pack and ship the item back to us 

When will I receive my refund? 

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Do you offer exchanges? 

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation by contacting our [Customer Support team. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
